Most of the people were already there but I was not the last. And then I met the photographer. I think I had opened mouth because I have to admit she was pretty impressing. It is not every day you meet red-head, nice, charming girl. The shooting with her was pretty good although I have to say that sometimes it was a bit of experimenting but after all it was nice time out with colleagues.

After Alivemobile photos we went to coffee-house, where we had Squishgames photos taken. Hehe this one was pretty fun because we were pretending discussing about mobile games and gestures and passion that comes with it!

This one was pretty quick and I have enjoyed nice coffee and it was end of the whole photo shooting, so as a gentleman I help the girl with all her photo equipment and there our chat started. As I found out she was going for a lunch to the city which was my way too. So we went all the way through Harbour bridge to city. I have to admit I was pretty impressed by the girl because she was just totally different from other girls and she had a very nice way to say things.

Anyway by the way we went on the bridge it started to rain. And not just normal rain it was going from all sides and to be honest the umbrella did not help at all. So we can to city soaked and now to find the place where she was going and as I am so lucky, we met her parents. Oh I just felt so bad because it was pretty much my fault that we went by foot.

But as I look on this Saturday it was pretty good experience and fun to be totally wet . Sometimes life brings surprises which are fun!

It all started when I went to a family lunch where I had really great meals so I just ate and discussed all the family stuff. but the food was just great. Then after a few text messages Angelique she has persuaded to come to city a bit earlier as we’ve planned to go out for a few drinks.

To introduce Angelique, she came from Paris to rock the marketing in Alivemobile. So yes we met in an office couple days ago and I have to nicely admit that she is pretty kind girl although I was a bit shy to talk to her. Yes I know I know, but I am just an IT guy…

Anyway, so I went to city couple hours earlier that I planned and we just started talking about life and death and that what is in between. I don’t know why but I was pretty nice to talk to her and she also has got that nice french accent. By the time we went around city she started teaching me french (so expect in 1 month my professional french). You know simple stuff like Hi, my name is and so on. I hope I’ll learn pretty much.

Then Petr wrote me if we want to go to house party in Wooloomooloo (near city) hosted by couchsurfers. I just asked Angelique if she is okey if it and so we went to see Petr and then we headed to house party with 3 wines as a refreshment.

When we arrived to the place we met all the couchsurfers. There was also american guy called Zehn who was supposed to show us his art which was playing the Tambur. It’s a turkish instrument, just google it . It sounds pretty nice. But well most of the time on party I was practicing my french and I started teaching Angelique a bit of Slovak. I must admit she picked the phrases pretty quick although Dakujem causes a lot of problems for her.

It was really nice to get in touch with old couchsurf friends and also practise my french  but the best highlight was Tambur, which has so great sound and when there was duo with guitar. Oh just great! If you will ever have chance to hear it, go for it! So to sum up, it was really nice evening with all the artistic stuff and french.

Hope that Angelique and Petr enjoyed it too.

It’s not that I am generally sad but this weekend I have got really bad mood. It’s not that I am unhappy with my school or work. I really love what I do in work but it’s just general life that causes me problems and it’s just shit sometimes. Yeah, it pretty sad that sometimes it sucks and it’s all cause by stupid deaths.

In a last few weeks so much people died around me that it just sad and it makes me think about those stupid stuff. Anyway well this weekend I was in one church on a holy mass for friends grandmothers who has passed away and boom right after when we came home my mum from Slovakia call saying that my great-grandmother died.

So now I just think about all those moments spent with her, and how she was trying to tell me how the world ends by Sybilla. She was very nice lady thou sometimes she got really angry but at the end she was really kind on me and I just hope that she is fine, wherever she is.

As I have found out is that I am not very good at it as dating in general. Wonder where my charm gone, was I so bad before?

Anyway I just got this crazy idea of analyzing the responses from girls and creating out put on general starting phrases, as I am not attractive I would say that it is enough if they answer. Lets see how it will go.

Firstly it started as a seesion from people who study with me on Stanford and after it we went out with Petr. I dont know why but I had this crazy idea about making app so you can post your shit for $1 and I kept repeating it. Maybe there is something to it.

Althou I should get back to Socmash, for this project we have already established a lot of stuff and we can build the whole front-end system. I just hope my boss won’t be upset about this website because its only for some small cash and I still like my job.

To introduce st. Patrick’s story…

So my trip started by going to city and listening irish rock music in my green jumper. It was quite interesting that I was not alone wearing green clothes therefore I have realized that this will be a fun night.

After I arived to Town hall station, where I met Petr, we headed to Maloney’s. I was amazed because whole city turned green having fun, every pub was full of people who were drinking irish beer listening to irish music. I think these moments just make me think “St. Patrick you are the man! Cheers!”

Everything started in Maloney’s pub where we met all couchsurfers attending st. Patricks day. Everybody was so good and also girls around were so nice. I have even met one couchsurfer that arrived to Sydney from Denmark just a day ago. So I started with Guinness to celebrate great Patrick, of course with green color. We spend a few hours in the pub where we got pretty drunk and had fun with irish music.

Then we changed the pub to Three wise monkeys where we totally rocked the whole pub. Everybody was dancing and  having fun, it was nearly as in some kind of great movie . I dont know from where did the girl came but she pulled me to circle and danced with me. That was hot! Althou after the dance she said “It was nice but you are not my type.”, so another dumbed story but I went like whatever, lets party! The night is young.

After a couple of dances we headed to the real irish pub at Rocks which was like 200 years old. By the way there we got lost as we were drunk but we found mcdonalds so we had diner and then thanks to gps found the right way toTheMercantail, which was so crowed and fun! In here we met the real irishman that also got real accent.

These group of people joined us and we went to Opera house, which was green, to have a photo and memories.

The last pub was the best one. It was so bad and so liberal place to be. As we came in there were two girl kissing other guys drunk and dancing and a lot of other couples together. I know it sounds pretty bad but well I wasnt taht drunk to do stupid things so we just got drinks and then had last chat together. Althou I was pretty impressed what was going on around. In here I got in touch with the most cuttest married couple ever! They were something around 30 and already 9 years together, it is just amazing and their attitude was so easy going

After quick chat we all went home because it was already 3am so I went to sleep over in Petr’s place . Thanks Petr!

A bit late but at least …

This weekend was just great. I was invited to birthday BBQ. Can you believe it? BBQ is the best thing in Australia. So on Saturday afternoon I to the ferry to manly and got to manly point. By the way I went there I met Dan and helped him with a sixpack of beer  J, and I thought “This is going to be great”.

So at the beginning we were just 5 people that I mostly knew because they were PHP developers and Tomas my namesake (who was celebrating birthday and invited me) studied at GJH too.Hmm the world is so small and it all belongs to GJH-people . So as the time went other people came and we end up with birthday 20+ people birthday party (all great people and mostly Slovak and Czech). I had a lot of chat with Petra and Tina because they were from Bratislava and they were pretty nice.

Hour later we heated the BBQ and started making all the great food and sausages… It was great. Just to sit down have a good chat and enjoy great food with a view to city. By the time I have realized that it’s getting quite late so I called my grandma, yeah I haven’t realized that won’t get home tonight. As the party ended we went to catch a ferry to city.

But as I found out there were no trains for me tonight. Hmm I just thought what to do? And then I got an idea that I can come to someone and sleep over. So Tina was going to sleep over in some guys house so she gave me a keys from her flat saying that I can sleep at her place. Isn’t it crazy that you get key from somebodies flat . Luckily there was one girl Petra who was going my way so she showed me the way to the flat. I went to bed and then in morning I went home with strange feeling that I got keys from someone’s house.

I had just great time, thanks guys

A few days ago I have been searching web for something interesting and this totally surprised me. Album of Honest Logos from swedish graphic designer Victor Hertz, can have any other name then Honest logos. Victor just took the most famous brand logos and remake them so that they will reflect the brands culture. Just look at it, havent he reflected it good?

It was normal friday evening and I went out with Petr to seek some pub where it wont be over-crowded. After good coffee at glorias and great chat we went to part of city near Hyde park. And there it was Crown hotel, or something like that. It was quite nice little hotel with pub (aussie typical) so we went it.

I must admit it seemed like a quite ordinary pub except it wasnt crowded and they had pretty good beer (good beer in australia is pretty bad compared to slovak… but its refreshing). So we sat with Petr and started our typical geeky conversation about Apps and Mobile development. One thing that I really noticed was that they had pretty good music, some oldies but The music was creating the atmosphere of our chat which got quite funny.

And just when I tough it will get interesting my grandmu called. So I went outside to take a call. I was typicly “yes grandmu everything is fine…”. After I have finished one guy came up to me saying that this girls wants to meet me. I went like meet who??!! Then I started thinking that who and why would someone like to meet me??

So anyway thats how I met Alex. She was red head, brown eyes and she was quite talkative which was fine but as we were standing outside I went inside to Petr. Yes I let her outside to do her stuff. I have to admit that it was quite scary but I made it inside.

After a half hour later she came inside and sat to our table saying “Hi” how we are and all this kind of stuff. And then her monologue started. She spoke like enternity about her and how she moved to Sydney from Paris… bla bla bla… but the worst thing was when she found out that I am 18. She went like “oh thats so cute, you came here and you are just 18 juuu”, so that was our other topic and last one luckily for my ears. Yeah that was that magic moment whe she asked if we are on our way to go. We just looked at each other and I went like “okey we are leaving this is too annoying” and so we did. Wished young lady good night and hit to our stuff.

Its simple, the main source is advertisment which makes pretty much of blogs income if some. So well but the most important part is the content so you can atract people. And when you have got enough people they will probably be also intrested in some interesting ads. Mostly these ads are pay-per-click which means that you get paied for every click which means that you will get money for every visitors click on advertisment. Hmm sounds like utopia but in not that long past I just found big amount of blog which are just crowded with ads so yeah I can also get pretty annoying. Hope it wont be forcedto do this for this blog and i will be able to pay all the blog costs. So you can enjoy it
